I run organic social for Rastegar, and I built the AI system underneath it: a video team that finds the story, cuts it, checks its own work, and waits for my sign-off before anything goes live.

I own organic social strategy for Rastegar across Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and the rest of the platforms we show up on. That covers every account we run, and the social plan behind both online campaigns and in-person events.
The other half of the job is the system underneath it. I design the AI tools and automations that let a small team publish at the pace real estate actually moves, without lowering the bar on what goes out under the name.
Real estate runs on data and timing. Waiting on an editor for every clip doesn't scale across a full set of accounts, and off-the-shelf clipping tools don't know the brand, the market, or the compliance lines a property company has to respect.
So I built our own. Rastegar Studio is a team of AI agents, each with one job and the model that's best at it, run from a live control room that shows every step, every decision, and every cent as it happens.
Footage isn't the only way in. A data desk pulls official numbers from FRED, Freddie Mac, and the Census Bureau. A trend scout reads GDELT, Google Trends, and the trade press. Topics are scored for how much they matter to Texas real estate, every claim goes through a fact-checker, and a writer scripts the story for the right persona.
From there, ElevenLabs voices it, HeyGen presents it, and it goes through the same edit, critic, and approval as everything else.
A studio that works around the clock and still keeps a person in charge: every number sourced, every cut reviewed by a critic, and nothing public without a sign-off.
